Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Advisory Board (DIBAB) and Committee (DIBC)

The Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Advisory Board (DIBAB) are the leadership team responsible for the development of the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging agenda. The mission of the DIBAB is to drive long term, measurable, sustainable and tangible change. The DIBC represents student School departments, student clubs and employee networks in matters of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging and reports into the DIBAB.

Our goals

Ethnic diversity

Our flagship multicultural festival, Tattoo celebrates our exciting mix of nationalities. We work to increase ethnic diversity in the workplace and encourage minority participation throughout the school community.

Women

We monitor faculty pay across genders, support female career progression and prioritise candidate gender parity across all programmes. Female role models and speakers play a key role in encouraging more female faculty and students to join the School. Our Women in Business Club (WiB) is one of the largest on campus.

LGBTQ+

Everyone is welcome at LBS. Our popular Out in Business Club and EUROUT conference recognise the achievements and contributions of the LGBTQ+ community in business.

Accessibility

Accessibility is at the heart of our future estates policy and we partner with AccessAble – the leading provider of access information for disabled people in the UK - to assist those with additional needs.

Age

Age-diverse programmes bring our students together on mixed electives. Share experiences and different generational perspectives that aid open dialogue in the workplace.
