Successful alumni businesses often go under the radar as ventures burgeon five or ten years down the line. These awards, hosted by the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Private Capital (IEPC), recognise our entrepreneur alumni building remarkable businesses and inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Growing a thriving business throws up huge challenges, and current students can learn a lot from those who have overcome obstacles and stuck with it.
The award is also a way of showing that the School’s entrepreneurship programmes have real-world impact, and that what you learn in your time at the School can be applied to your future entrepreneurial goals.
Categories:
The awards are judged by a committee of previous award winners and the criteria includes the venture’s sales and profit levels, proven ability to raise capital, record in creating employment and the inventiveness of its business model.
The winners are immortalised with a plaque in the Ratcliffe Building.
The nominations for 2022 are now closed. Nominations take place during spring term every year.
For any information about the awards and how to nominate contact the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Private Capital at IEPC@london.edu
