Bio:
Luchi He is a Ph.D. candidate in Strategy & Entrepreneurship department at the London Business School.
Luchi’s research interest focuses on strategic human capital. Incorporating micro-theories of individual motivation, she explores the impact of various management practices on employee productivity. These practices include incentive systems, opportunity assignments, manager-employee matching and reorganizational events (e.g., centralization). She examines these issues across a broad range of empirical settings including restaurant and retail industries.
