 Judy Qiu is a PhD Candidate in Organisational Behaviour at London Business School. Her research examines the dynamics of workplace relationships. Relationships, such as those among co-workers or between leaders and subordinates, are a fundamental aspect of organizational life. Judy is interested in understanding how relational processes can shape important organizational issues, including trust, performance feedback, and advancement.

In her current research, she studies how gender and narcissism influence the ways people navigate their relationships at work, and the individual and interpersonal consequences of these interactions. Judy’s research has been published in Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes.

Judy holds a BA in Economics from Mount Holyoke College.
