New figures confirm high demand for LBS graduates

An impressive 95% of students who graduated with a London Business School (LBS) Graduate Masters degree in 2022 received an offer of employment within three months of graduation, the School’s Degree Education & Career Centre has revealed.

Of those graduates seeking employment, 97% of Masters in Analytics and Management (MAM) graduates received an offer of employment within three months of graduation. Similarly, 94% of graduates from LBS’s Masters in Management (MiM) programme and 94% of Masters in Financial Analysis (MFA) graduates received job offers within three months of graduating.

Graham Hastie, Associate Dean of Degree Education & Career Centre at LBS, said the demand for LBS talent demonstrated the high calibre of its graduates.

“The 95% employment offer rate three months after graduation shows the high regard business has for LBS Masters graduates. It is a testament to the learning experience and the ability they develop here to have an impact on business and the wider world.”
