Class of 2024 Graduate Masters in high demand
Latest figures reveal 93% of Graduate Masters students from LBS’ Class of 2024 received employment offers within three months of graduation

An impressive 93% of students seeking employment who graduated with a London Business School (LBS) Graduate Masters degree in 2024 received an offer of employment within three months of graduation. Of those, 90% of graduates across the School’s Masters in Management (MiM), Masters in Financial Analysis (MFA) and Masters in Analytics and Management (MAM) accepted their job offers, according to the School’s latest Graduate Masters employment reports.
LBS’s Global Masters in Management (GMiM) graduates were in particularly high demand, with 100% of GMiM graduates receiving and accepting a job offer within three months of graduation. Finance was the most popular career destination, with 42% of graduates choosing to work in the finance sector. Consulting was the second highest employer, with 24% of GMiM graduates opting for a consulting career. The class comprised 38 students, 61% of whom were women. Sector destinations were split between Asia (56%), United Kingdom (27%), Europe (11%), North America (3%) and Africa/Middle East (3%).
Masters in Management graduates were also in high demand, with 93% of the 309-strong class (56% of whom were female) receiving an offer within three months of graduation. The financial services industry was the top hiring sector, attracting 36% of MiM graduates, with consulting also remaining a key hiring sector at 29%. There was strong global demand for LBS talent, with graduates accepting roles in the United Kingdom (41%), Asia (24%), Europe (22%), Africa/Middle East (10%), North America (2%) and Oceania (1%).
Demand for LBS’s Masters in Financial Analysis graduates also remains strong. Of the 221-strong class, 94% secured a job offer within three months of graduation. Of those, 86% chose to take up a role in finance, with investment banking the biggest employer at 53%. The remaining 14% of MFA graduates opted for non-finance roles in consulting, technology and diversified industries, such as energy and the industrial sector. The majority (58%) of graduates opted to remain in the UK, with the remainder taking up roles in Asia (19%), Europe (18%), Africa (4%) and North America (1%).
LBS’s Masters in Analytics and Management graduates also saw strong employer demand, with 91% receiving an offer within three months of graduation. Technology was the leading hiring sector, with 35% of graduates opting to build a career in this industry. Interest in a consulting career remains strong, with 34% of MAM graduates choosing to work within this field. The UK, Europe and Asia benefited the most from LBS hires, with 38% of MAM graduates opting to remain in the UK, 31% choosing Europe, and an additional 26% taking up roles in Asia.
