About me: Marta’s background is in social impact and international development. Raised in Italy, she pursued her university studies in International development & Anthropology at the University of Sussex and at LSE. Upon graduation, she worked at the UN HQ in New York to help deliver the sustainable development goals, working with governments and civil society. Afterwards, she spent two and a half years in Guatemala and Ecuador as a team leader and country director for Social Entrepreneur Corps, where she led various project and consulting teams working with local businesses, NGOs and community initiatives. Marta then applied her project management skills pivoting into marketing at Dantherm Group, the European leader in climate solutions.

Marta is also heavily involved in the UN advocacy space and over the past four years has scaled and led the biggest youth network on migration issues (MYCP). She now sits on its advisory board.

At LBS, Marta is an active member of social impact oriented clubs. She is also head of strategy for the Board Fellows Programme and a community rep for her stream.

Three topics I can be approached about: Social impact.
