About me: Emily grew up In Toronto, Canada, and holds an honours degree in Biochemistry. She has always been interested in the intersection of science and business, which led her to pursue a Masters in Biotechnology. After graduating, she joined AstraZeneca Canada and has since worked in a variety of roles, including sales, financial forecasting and product management.
Emily decided to pursue an MBA to transition careers from the pharmaceutical industry to financial services. She received a Forté Foundation Fellowship, which recognises her demonstration and continued potential for exemplary female leadership.
At LBS, Emily hopes to advance her leaderships skills and create a network to support an exciting career change towards finance. She chose LBS as she was keen to gain a diverse education experience and had always dreamed of living in London.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, watercolour painting and adventuring.
