About me: Daichi is an accomplished professional with a rich background in accounting and finance, currently pursuing his MBA at LBS. With nearly a decade of experience at Sumitomo Corporation, one of the world’s largest general trading and investment companies, Daichi has been instrumental in several high-profile projects, both domestically and internationally. His tenure in Jakarta, Indonesia, stands out, where he played a pivotal role in an external project for a large automotive retail finance company.
Daichi’s decision to join LBS was influenced by the School’s unique offering of inclusive leadership, practical experience and fundamental general management. He values LBS’s diversity, not just in nationalities but also in students’ industry backgrounds.
Outside of his professional life, Daichi is an enthusiastic event planner, a dedicated volunteer career mentor and a former sprinter with impressive personal bests. Embodying the global spirit of LBS, Daichi is poised to make a significant impact in the world of business.
