About the fair
The Latin America Careers Fair is organised in partnership with London Business School, IESE and INSEAD’s Latin America Clubs and Career Centres. It promotes engagement between leading companies searching for top talent across the globe and students looking for summer internships and full-time opportunities in Latin America.
This is a great opportunity for recruiters and companies to:
- Engage with professional and diverse students from leading business schools in Europe
- Access CV books from participating students across each school to directly identify and contact talented individuals - each year this features around 300+ students
- Connect with students in a unique setting and showcase roles and internships that suit MBA and Masters candidates
- Increase brand awareness for your company or startup amongst a valuable network for your future talent pipeline.
Now in it’s 11th year we are continuing to host this event virtually to ensure diverse companies and start-ups from across Latin America can be involved and students from each school are able to participate at no cost.

Fair schedule
As this event will be virtual we are working with each company on an individual basis to arrange a time for you to present and speak with students during the event. This may include;
- 30-45 minute presentations
- Q&A sessions
- Virtual coffee chats
Presentations and Q&A sessions will be mediated by a volunteer who will organise questions for the panel and the breakout sessions.
We also recommend companies to arrange time for one-on-one sessions following the event for students they identify as key talent they would like to speak with further.

Registrations are now open and will be reviewed by the organising committee before your place at the Fair is confirmed. Please note that completing the registration form does not guarantee a spot on the schedule.
