Stefano Turconi is a Teaching Fellow of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at London Business School. He has held visiting appointments at MIT Sloan School of Management and Moscow School of Management.
At LBS Stefano created the Luxury Strategy elective, which has become one of the school’s most sought-after courses. He is also an instructor in Executing Strategy for Results, an advanced programme for senior executives, and was director of the Active Learning Programme, a joint initiative of LBS, MIT and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He is the recipient of multiple faculty awards, being voted Best MBA and Masters in Management Teacher in 2024 and Best MBA Teacher in 2021 and 2020.
Stefano has published extensively, including two of the most popular MIT Sloan Management Review strategy articles of all time, Turning Strategy Into Results and Six Steps to Communicating Strategic Priorities Effectively, and a number of award-winning case studies, including Netflix Goes to Bollywood and Natura &Co: Sustainability at Scale.
In addition to teaching and researching, Stefano advises large organisations on executing strategy, removing critical bottlenecks and moving upmarket. Over the past several years, he has worked closely with many C-suite executives, leading company-wide interventions with documented results and far-reaching impact.
