Lisa Duke
Guest lecturer of Organisational Behaviour
Dr. Lisa Simone Duke is a guest lecturer and Programme Director at London Business School teaching both MiM and Executive Education. Lisa has been working with the London Business School for nearly 30 years and is a 4x award-winning case writer and a programme designer both for executive education programmes and masters degrees. She was part of the team that created the MiM at the London Business School in 2007/08. Lisa co-authors with faculty from across the world including London Business School, INSEAD and IMD, to develop teaching cases, currently she has authored more than 180 cases. Notably, she has won the Best Case in the EFMD CSR category for “Forever Chocolate” about cocoa sustainability, while “Does Sustainability Pay? Barry Callebaut’s Sustainable Improvement Loan” is both a bestselling case and won Best in Category Case at the Case Centre for. Her doctorate from SDA Bocconi (Italy) explored how individual executives can innovate and create value from data, drawing on the sensemaking and creativity/innovation literatures. She has an MBA from London Business School, an MSc Honours in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London, and a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School. Lisa’s research is multidimensional, spanning leadership/organisational behaviour and strategy/innovation. She has coached hundreds of executives across a wide range of industries to meet their development and career goals.
