Mithilesh Shah is currently a doctoral student in the marketing department. Prior to joining the Phd programme at the London Business School, Mithilesh worked as a pre-doctoral research assistant at the Wheeler Institute of Business and Development. Mithilesh is an engineer by training and has recently completed his master’s degree in International Development at the London School of Economics and Political Science on full scholarship. Previously, he worked as a UNICEF-IITBombay fellow in Chhattisgarh, India, to train frontline health workers using digital technologies. Mithilesh’s research interests revolve around the use of business and technology to improve development outcomes. He has spent a significant amount of time in the field, seeking to better understand the causes and implications of child malnutrition in rural India.
