Meet the MBA Class of 2025
What do a racing driver, a submariner, an AI engineer and entrepreneur committed to promoting healthy plant-based living have in common? They’re all part of the most recent intake of MBA students to have joined the London Business School (LBS) community this year.
Poets and Quants (P&Q) and Clear Admit have both published glimpses into our MBA Class of 2025 in recent weeks, with the P&Q story shining a spotlight on Fernanda Aguiar; Christine “Darla” Bautista; Deb Carey; Viktor Hainski; Rhydian Harris; Fatema Haveliwalla; Phoebe Joel; Claudia Kesala; Precious Kilimo; Nicholas Latifi; Chris Town; and Ed Vickers-Willis.
Clear Admit has similarly introduced its readers to the career aspirations and reasons for joining LBS of six other MBA students, profiling candidates from five different continents, which is reflective of the global diversity of the programme. The students under the spotlight as part of Clear Admit’s Real Humans series are Conrad Bannister; Magdalena Herrera; Lilian Kabaya; Gaurav Pooniwala; Justin Roberto; and Sabrina Yegela.
Many of the students profiled were drawn to LBS, not just because of the incredible diversity of the student community, but because of the flexibility of the programme and the chance to hone their entrepreneurial skills in one of the largest start-up ecosystems in the world. London itself of course is also a huge draw.
“London is the most cosmopolitan city in the world. It is a place where cultures meet and collaborate, which makes it the perfect meeting place for a diverse cohort of MBA students,” explains Viktor Hainski. Sharvan Pethe, LBS’ student columnist for P&Q, is also in agreement, sharing his views on London and tips for moving to a new city to study in his most recent column.
