About me: Florencia holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico in Peru. Prior to her MBA, Florencia worked as an ESG Investment Associate at Prima AFP, a leading Peruvian pension fund, where she created policies and processes to integrate sustainability into the investment process. Additionally, she has experience in analysing equities and corporate bonds to give investment recommendations. She was also part of Women in Finance, where she mentored female undergraduate students on soft skills and organised a mentoring programme for young professionals in the financial industry.
Looking to accelerate her career and learn more about sustainability in Europe, Florencia joined LBS because of its collaborative, diverse community, its incredible London location and all the amazing opportunities to explore new interests.
In her free time, Florencia loves travelling and exploring new places around London, reading and finding restaurants to try new cuisines.
