About me: Claudia has spent most of her life across several states in the US but is originally from Finland. Prior to LBS, she most recently spent three years as a Private Equity Investment Team Associate at Pamlico Capital in Charlotte, North Carolina, focusing on technology and healthcare. She worked across all aspects of the private equity business, ranging from deal execution to managing six portfolio companies and driving thematic origination efforts.

Before Pamlico, Claudia spent two years in boutique M&A advisory as an Investment Banking Analyst and worked in sales and business development at a global digital agency in the Bay Area. She completed her undergraduate studies in Accounting and Business Administration with a double major in French at Washington and Lee University in 2018, rounded out with an exchange at HEC Paris School of Management.

Post-MBA, Claudia looks forward to continuing her private equity investing and M&A career. At LBS, she is excited to further build upon her strategic and management acumen, board readiness and leadership skills, and deepen her global markets perspectives.

On a personal note, Claudia is a lifelong tennis player, previously competing for her university as team captain. She also enjoys hiking, running, reading and playing chess.
