Zeynep Aksin

Professor Zeynep Aksin is visiting London Business School as Visiting Professor from Koç University where she holds the position of Professor of Operations Management. Professor Aksin’s main area of expertise surrounds the design and management of service delivery systems. Her work studies the roles of customer and worker behaviour as well as technology, that facilitate operational performance in these systems. As well as working as a highly respected academic, Professor Aksin is also the Associate Editor for Management Science, Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, Service Science, IISE Transactions, and her own writing has appeared in a number of prominent publications, including Management Science, Operations Research and Manufacturing and Service Operations Management.
