Dr Minseo Baek is an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School. Dr Baek’s research examines how social backgrounds, such as class, gender, and race, shape people’s approaches to and experiences in navigating careers, focusing on their implications for inequality and human resource management. She uses both qualitative and quantitative methods to investigate these questions, primarily among high-skilled professionals.

She holds a BA from Korea University, an MSc from the University of Oxford, and a PhD in Management from The Wharton School. Prior to joining LBS, she co-founded and served as Chief Strategy Officer for MyRealTrip, the leading online travel platform in South Korea.
